Register Your Business

To register a business as a Non-Resident you need the following:

• Submit your order form here
• Choose an appropriate payment method, based on the required speed for registration
• Provide valid photo identification to verify your legal name

Upon receipt of the above information we will:

• Check availability of the proposed business name
• Incorporate a legal entity, corporation, using the approved business name
• Apply for HST number
• Apply for Payroll Account (if you are planning to have employees)
• Apply for Import/Export Account (if you are planning to trade with other countries)
• Apply for WCB Account. This is mandatory if you are going to have employees.

As the end result you will receive the following:

• Articles of Incorporation
• Minute Book, Seal and Share certificates
• Registered Address
