Register Your Business
To register a business as a Non-Resident you need the following:
- Submit your order form here
- Choose an appropriate payment method, based on the required speed for registration
- Provide valid photo identification to verify your legal name
Upon receipt of the above information we will:

Check availability of the proposed business name

Incorporate a legal entity, corporation, using the approved business name

Apply for HST number

Apply for Payroll Account (if you are planning to have employees)

Apply for Import/Export Account (if you are planning to trade with other countries)
- Apply for WCB Account. This is mandatory if you are going to have employees.
As the end result you will receive the following:
- Articles of Incorporation
- Minute Book, Seal and Share certificates
- Registered Address
